Employees will be surveyed online. We offer additional services to help you get the most out of the process, including customized and alternate language surveys. If you need the employee survey translated, we offer this service for a flat rate of $225 for a bundle of languages. Translations are requested when registering. We can conduct your survey in the following methods. You will choose your selection on the registration form.
1. Email Only – If you choose to survey employees via email, you’ll submit a list of company email addresses for all eligible employees through our Email Upload Portal. Surveys will be sent via email containing a unique link created for each individual employee. (If an employee does not have a company email address, we can send surveys to personal email addresses – yahoo, gmail, Hotmail, etc – but will not be able to troubleshoot should the survey get caught in a spam filter.) 100% of your employees must have their own unique email.
2. Emails and Access Codes – Combination of email addresses and access codes. For employees without email addresses we can provide access codes for survey completion. What is an access code?
