2027 Registration Deadline / Enhancement Deadline

Deadline to submit all employee survey customization requests, request alternate language surveys and request to survey additional employees, beyond the random sample or outside of the United States and/or Canada. Companies choosing to withdraw from the process may do so by this date without incurring a withdrawal fee by contacting This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.. After this date, a withdrawal fee and all applicable enhancement fees will apply in accordance with the terms and conditions agreed to at registration.

Employee Upload Portal Launch

A Web link for the Employee Upload Portal is sent to the Primary Contact to upload employee email addresses for survey distribution. Organizations that need access codes will also request them via this portal.

Employer Benefits & Policies Questionnaire Sent

A Web link for the BCG Employer Questionnaire (EQ) will be sent to the Primary Contact at each of the registered companies.

Employee Upload Portal Deadline

Deadline to submit employee email addresses to BCG via the Employee Upload Portal. This is also the deadline to request any access codes for employees without company email addresses.

Employer Benefits & Policies Questionnaire Deadline

Completed Employer Questionnaires (EQs) are due.

IT Test

A sample of the employee survey invitation will be sent to the Primary Contact as well as the IT contact. This sample is for testing purposes only.

Employee Surveys Sent

Online Employee Engagement & Satisfaction Surveys are sent via email from This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. with subject line of "Best Places to Work in Multifamily® Employee Survey."

Resends of the survey will follow on July 30, August 4, 6, 11, 13, and 18 for those with email who have not yet completed the survey.

Access codes for employees without email will be sent to the Primary Contact shortly before the survey launch.

The BCG EnGauge Dashboard is sent via email to the Primary Contact at participating organizations. 

Best Places to Work Multifamily® Virtual Awards Celebration

The official awards and rankings will be announced during a live virtual event, allowing employees, teams, and supporters across the country to participate in the celebration. This format expands access beyond a single location, ensuring recognized companies can share the moment with their entire organization.
