Because it's such an important part of participation in the program, and offers the benefit of providing you with valuable employee feedback reports, it's important to set up your survey with your organization's unique needs in mind. Whether you have multiple locations, a multi-lingual staff, or want to add custom questions to the survey, this step will enable you to get the most out of your employee survey.

Accounting for 25% of your program score, your employer questionnaire tells us what’s so great about working for your organization. The employer questionnaire may be completed during a two-week window.
