You’ll have the option to survey all employees via an online or a paper method. (Only one method per company, please!) We offer additional services to help you get the most out of the process, including customized and alternate language surveys. (See Survey Set Up for all available options.)
Returning this year: New option for the online employee survey process. To better accommodate organizations that do not have email addresses for all employees, we have increased the number of access codes that each participating organization may request (up to 50% of population).
We can conduct your survey in the following methods:
1. Online – If you choose to survey employees electronically, you’ll submit a list of company email addresses for all eligible employees through our Email Upload Portal. Surveys will be sent via email containing a unique link created for each individual employee. (If an employee does not have a company email address, we can send surveys to personal email addresses – yahoo, gmail, Hotmail, etc – but will not be able to troubleshoot should the survey get caught in a spam filter.) 100% of your employees must have email.
2. Online – Combination of email addresses and access codes. If up to 50% of your employees are without email addresses we can conduct the survey using a combination of email and access codes for survey completion. What is an access code?
3. Paper – If you select to survey employees via paper, a package of survey materials will be mailed to you including: a letter from BCG, your employee surveys, and postage-paid return envelopes. We ask that the surveys are distributed upon arrival and that employees are free to complete and mail the surveys individually as they wish. Organizations selecting the paper option will also be required to complete an Employee Eligibility Checklist.
